Senior Regional Manager | Health Retail | Sydney

Your New Role: As the Regional Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of locations predominately in Sydney (Inner West & Surrounding Areas), ensuring operational efficiency, team development, financial growth, and exceptional customer service. You will:
- Lead your region to drive commercial success by implementing effective business plans, aligning with company strategies, and ensuring profitability across each location.
- Manage and mentor managers and the wider team, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth, including recruitment, team development, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations, including rostering, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences by maintaining high standards in each location, and support each team with continuous training and development.
- Work closely with managers to achieve sales targets, grow revenue, and ensure the financial health of each location.
- Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, especially within this particular sector.
The Experience Checklist: - A minimum of 2 years experience as a Regional or Area Manager within the retail sector, ideally within the Big Box/Large Format space.
- A proven track record in achieving sales growth, managing P&L, and driving business performance across multiple locations.
- Strong experience in coaching and mentoring store leaders, driving team engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Competence in managing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, rostering, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring each location meets the specific needs of health-conscious consumers.
